  • Ingredients:

4.0 Cube(16.0 gm) Paneer

6.0 Cube(30.0 gm) Capsicum

6.0 Cube(36.0 gm) Red Capsicum

5.0 Cube(20.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum

1.0 Tsp(2.0 gm) Corn Flour

1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tsp(0.76 gm) Red Chilly

1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder

1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Haldi

1/2 Tsp(0.74 gm) Garam Masala

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water

  • For marinationIn a bowl, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tsp oil. Mix well.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp corn flour mixture, 20 ml water and mix into a smooth paste. Keep aside.
  • For tikka skewersInsert chicken and capsicum alternately on skewers, apply the marination well.
  • Brush the pan with oil.
  • Roast till light brown or well cooked.
  • Serve hot with coriander chutney.
